A step by step guide on how to upgrade from Cammy legacy to the Cammy Hub.

Firstly, you will need to check that your computer or laptop is running the latest version of windows. This can be found in the "Updates and Security" section of your computer settings. Once here, press "Check for updates". If you have any outstanding updates, please complete them now.
Once your system is up to date, you will need to head to the "Power and Sleep" settings of your computer. Here, you must ensure your systems sleep settings are set to "Never".
To install the new console, you will find the link to the installer in top right hand side of this video or, within the upgrade email you received this video in. Press the link to download the installer, then follow the system prompts to carry out the install as shown within the video. The installation can take up to 10 minutes to complete.
Once the install has completed, press "Finish".
You will now notice the Cammy icon has appeared on your desktop. To open the console, double click the Cammy icon. You will then be prompted with the log in page to our new console. Please now enter your existing Cammy log-in details.
Once your details have been accepted, you should now see your new console home page.
Your existing cameras can take a couple of minutes to appear on your console. Once they do, you will be able to view and manage your cameras from the Cammy console. The installation of the new Cammy console is now complete.
