For the purpose of these Terms, “Cammy.com Pty Ltd of Level 2, 120 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000” (Serving our Australian Customers) and “Cammy.com (UK) Ltd of Level 1, Regal House, 70 London Road, Twickenham TW1 3QS” (Serving our UK Customers) may be referred to as Cammy.

The use of Cammy Services is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any point, in doing so, we will notify you to advise of any changes. If moving forward, you do not agree to these Terms you have the option to terminate your service with us, as set out in our cancellation Terms. You are able to access our most recent Terms of Service at any time through our website.

App Access and Versions

The Windows®Cammy software is required to run continuously on a Windows 10 machine with sufficient resources to handle the number of cameras being recorded and enough disk space to store the rolling 30-day video recordings.

The Cammy Mobile App can be downloaded for free on any IOS or Android device from either the App Store or Google Play Store.

We supply a paid service, available on a subscription.

Paid Service

Cammy charges a standard monthly fee for use of the services. Cammy reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason with, or without notice.

In order to ensure you are receiving the most up to date features and have the latest support contact method available to you, it is your responsibility to ensure your mobile device is always running the latest version of the app (we recommend having your device set to auto update). Your Windows 10 machine also needs to be kept up to date (including system display drivers). Minor update of the Cammy software will be automatically deployed to your Windows® 10 machine. You will be notified of any required manual update of the Cammy Software by email or Windows® notifications.
